We are seeking a service focused consultant to assist with our clients in smoothing the path to their new home in Switzerland.
Job Description
  • Assist Corporate and Private Clients
  • Perform property searches (rental and purchase) and take clients on home finding trips for several days
  • Negotiate property contracts and perform handovers with agents / owners
  • Explanation of the property contracts to customers and their obligations as a tenant / owner
  • Arrange schooling for the children
  • Assist with the settling in of the client, including the setting up of all related required service provider contracts and registration with local authorities
  • Assist with the import of vehicles
  • Represent the company at client events and with key service partners
  • Provide additional services on an ad hoc basis
  • Swiss national
  • Female, between 35 and 59 years of age
  • Business professional with experience in providing high-levels of customer service
  • Experience in providing expatriate services would be beneficial
  • Local real-estate experience
  • Attractive and smart appearance
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German (other languages are a plus)
  • Good knowledge of the Cantons Zürich , Schwyz and Zug
  • Confident, reliable and honest character
  • Flexible friendly nature and able to withstand stressful situations
  • Highly motivated and discrete
  • Enjoy helping others, an optimist and team-player
  • Structured work-manner
  • Good driver
